A note on what's not included:
If your photos are still physical prints, scanning is billed separately at our standard photo scanning rates.
Organizing or your physical/digital images into a specific order, digitizing video tapes or film clips, and editing screenshots from phones or social media are also not part of the base price. We can handle any of that, it's just billed separately.

How It Works
Gather your media and organize everything into the order you’d like them to appear in your slideshow (if needed).
Schedule a free pickup or make an appointment to drop off your media in person. We collect your photos (digital files on a drive, physical prints, or both) and get to work. You'll receive a preview video to review before anything is finalized. If anything needs adjusting, one round of edits is included at no charge. Then we deliver the finished MP4, along with any DVD copies you've ordered, on our next visit to your area.
No shipping your memories across the country. No waiting three weeks. Just a simple, local process handled by the same person from start to finish.
What You Can Include
We can work with photos on their own, or mix in other media for a richer result. Digital photos are the starting point, but we can also incorporate video clips from your phone or computer, and if you've got old tapes or film reels we've already digitized for you, those can go straight in too. Scanned slides and negatives work just as well as modern digital files.
If your photos are still physical prints, we can scan them first and build the slideshow from the scans. Just let us know upfront and we'll price it out together.

No. If you have physical prints, slides, or negatives, we can scan them as part of the project. Scanning is billed separately at our standard rates, but we handle the whole thing so you're not coordinating with two different services.

If you have a specific order in mind, yes, it helps a lot.
For prints, put them in the sequence you want before we pick them up. For digital files, numbered filenames or numbered folders tell us exactly what you're after.
If you don't have a preference, we'll do our best to arrange them in a natural order but we cannot make any guarantees.
If you'd like us to help you organize, that's available as an add-on for $100 per hour.

You choose the songs, we handle everything else. Up to 5 songs are included in the base price.
Just give us a list of titles and artists and we'll take care of the downloads.
Additional songs beyond five are $3 each.

Yes. Video clips are a popular add-on, especially for memorial projects where footage of someone talking or laughing means a lot.
Each clip is $10 to add.

The base package includes one preview and one round of edits. Additional rounds are $50 each. In practice most projects don't need more than one, but it's there if you need it.

Yes. DVDs are $15 each and can be ordered at any point. A lot of people order a few copies to give to family members who prefer watching on a TV over streaming from a phone or computer.

Larger projects or those requiring multiple editing rounds may run a little longer, but we'll give you an honest timeline when we pick up your photos.
