WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll transfer all of the files from your media onto another, more accessible medium for you.
You are welcome to provide a flash drive/external hard drive for your order, or we can provide a drive for an extra fee (starting at $12)

Sometimes the files on some old formats don’t show up with just inserting the media into a supported drive. In this case we’ll try everything we can, including using deep extraction tools to search for every last piece of data.

PLEASE NOTE - for much older formats like floppy disks containing documents, we can recover the files, but compatibility with modern software isn’t always guaranteed. Many early digital document formats used proprietary or outdated file types that today’s computers no longer recognize. While we’ll do everything possible to retrieve your documents, some files may require additional software or may not open exactly as they once did.
