Our cassette to digital service is $24.99 per tape for both regular cassettes and microcassettes.

Tapes under 10 minutes are $19.99.

This includes your choice of digital files (MP3 or WAV) or CD - whichever you prefer. If you want both files and a CD, just add $15 per tape.

We offer bulk discounts too: 10% off for 6-19 tapes, and 20% off for 20 or more tapes.

Regular cassette tapes are the standard size you'd find in Walkmans and boomboxes - the ones people made mixtapes with.

Microcassettes are much smaller and were primarily used in answering machines, dictation recorders, and Dictaphone devices. We transfer both formats at the same price.

These tiny tapes are harder to find players for these days, which is exactly why getting them digitized is so important.

Turnaround time depends on how many tapes you have and our current workload, but most orders are completed within a few days to a week.

We're thorough but never rushed - we'd rather do it right than do it fast. When you contact us, we'll give you a realistic timeline for your specific project.

It depends on the damage, but most often yes.

If your tape just needs splicing (it snapped or broke), that's $10 per splice and we can usually fix it. For more serious issues like rehousing or re-spooling, we offer comprehensive cassette repair for $30 per tape.

Some tapes are too far gone, but we'll always take a look and let you know what's possible before we start any work.

We offer free pickup and delivery throughout Fairfield County, CT and parts of New Haven County. No need to ship your memories to a warehouse - we come right to your door.

If you're outside our free service area, we charge $1 per mile each way beyond the area line. Either way, your tapes never leave Connecticut.

We provide high-quality MP3 files as our standard format since they work on absolutely everything - phones, computers, cars, you name it.

If you need WAV files instead (uncompressed, higher quality, but much larger file sizes), just let us know and we can do that too at no extra charge.

Yes! Track splitting is $10 per tape and makes each song its own separate file, so you can skip straight to whatever you want to hear.

If your tapes have the song names written on them, we also offer track naming for $1 per track (requires track splitting first). This is especially popular for mixtapes and music collections.

We'll preserve the sound quality that's on your tapes, but the digitizing process won't magically make poor recordings sound professional.

That said, we do use high-end playback equipment and calibrated decks, which can make a noticeable difference compared to playing tapes on cheap or worn-out players.

We return everything to you! Your original tapes come back along with your digital files or CDs. We never throw anything away - these are your memories, and you should decide what happens to them once they're safely digitized.
