We were very happy to hear about Paul, happier after talking with him and his history successfully converting these various Mini DVDs, mini CDs and VHS tapes and an added bonus was that he was right in Black Rock and picks up and delivers!

I was honestly kind of freaked out about mailing our family videos from California all the way to Connecticut - these are irreplaceable memories of my kids when they were little but Paul was so reassuring on the phone. He walked me through the process and didn't make me feel stupid for asking a million questions.
The tapes came back and I couldn't believe how good they looked. We're talking about videos from the late '80s that looked pretty rough before, but I feel like the picture quality was improved somehow. The sound was way better too.
Paul kept texting me updates the whole time - when the package got there, when they started working on it, when it was heading back. Everything came back exactly when he said it would, packed really carefully.
