“Amazing! I honestly thought it would be impossible to find somebody local that would be able to help. Paul responded super quickly to my inquiry, came over to my house and picked up a giant box of cassettes (many of which I had no idea what was on them).
He went through the whole lot, helped me work out which ones I wanted to keep (to keep the cost down - nobody needs a 1996 copy of Blind Date!), and messaged me throughout the whole process, keeping me informed along the way. I think he even sourced specialist equipment to get some of the old cassette formats downloaded.

I’ve used Remember Whenever for a number of challenging conversions where each time, the results were fantastic. Most notable was the work he did converting an old, very fragile cassette tape that had audio issues and an old video cassette recording that had image quality issues. These two tapes were very precious to me as they contained the only recordings of my late grandmother singing a hymn on the cassette and on the video tape, of her being interviewed for almost 2 hours on the occasion of her 90th birthday.
Paul not only took great care with the conversions but also used his skills to improve the image and audio qualities to produce files that will preserve the information as part of our family historical record.
The resulting digital files brought tears to my mother’s eyes when she was able to see and hear her mother again, thirty years after her passing.
