Bulk Loose Photo & Document Scanning

Loose prints are the most common kind of photo collection we see. Piles of 4x6s, 5x7s, or envelopes stuffed with snapshots from vacations, birthdays, and everyday life.

Unlike oversized items, these smaller prints fit neatly on our flatbed scanners, so the process is fast, consistent, and cost-effective. Because they don’t require stitching or special handling, we can move through hundreds or even thousands of images while still paying close attention to dust removal, cropping, and proper orientation. This service is built for volume, making it the ideal choice when you’re ready to bring an entire shoebox of family history into the digital age.

  • Scans at 300dpi or 600dpi depending on your needs.

  • All of your photos are blasted with compressed air to remove as much surface dust as possible before we scan them.

    Once they’re scanned, they go through a round of digital dust removal to get rid of any smaller specks that couldn’t be removed, resulting in a clean final image.

  • If you have groups of images that you’ve named or photo albums that have labels, we’ll transfer those titles to the digital folders containing your scanned images, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for.

    Got dates on your albums/groups? We’ll do our best to sort everything in chronological order for you.

  • A free 30-day, unlimited download and sharing link (up to 100GB in size)

    All of our orders for digital files come with a free download and sharing link so you can share your memories with as many family members and friends as you like.

    Need longer than 30 days? We can store your files indefinitely for just $5 a month.

  • Our image files are provided as high quality JPEG files as standard (the most compatible format), so you can take them anywhere and load them on any device.

  • We crop every scan to the image itself, ensuring a clean final photo file.

    We also make sure that every image is rotated and oriented the correct way.

    If you need the best possible quality from your scans, we can scan your photographs as TIFF files, giving you the most digital information in your images.

  • 25¢ per image

    We’ll adjust color balance, levels, brightness, contrasting, etc to bring life back to faded images.

  • $49 per 1000 photos

    Want to show off your newly digital images as a slideshow? Our most basic slideshow shows each image for 5 seconds and fades into the next.

    Perfect for putting on loop on your TV at family gatherings.

  • Got old photos that have seen better days? Whether they’re faded, torn, or in need of a little selective editing, we’ll restore them with expert care.

    Our work starts at $50 per 30 mins of technician time (most jobs can be completed in this time). But since every restoration job is different, we’ll give you an estimate before we start and keep in contact with you if we feel like it could use more attention.

  • All our orders come with a free download and sharing link, but if you’d like to add a USB drive to your order, we can get the right size for the media you have.

    Our prices start at $12 and we can let you know how large a drive you’ll need.

    We can also put your files on a 100-year archival Data DVDs for $15 per 4.5GB of files (or per disc if special organization required). A great option to store away in a safety deposit box for safekeeping.
